Absolutely — and they're a top choice. The non-slip base keeps the bowl from skating across the floor while pets eat or drink, and the inner lip keeps kibble and water inside the bowl. They're easier to clean than ceramic and won't shatter if knocked over.

Yes — top rack only. We recommend the top rack to extend the life of the silicone base and the bowl's surface finish. Hand washing is also fine and only takes a few seconds since nothing sticks to the smooth interior.

Yes, all of our products have been certified and tested by a USA third-party lab for microwave safety. They heat food quickly but stay cool to the touch. Please avoid heating heavily oiled food, or acidic, tomato-based products for long periods as it may lead to stains or surface deterioration.

• Hand wash or place on the top rack of the dishwasher.
• Spray them with a nonstick cooking spray before using any tomato-based products — tomatoes contain acid that will stain the bowls.
• Do not place oil or heavily-oiled foods in your CaliBowls when using them in the microwave.
• Do not microwave your CaliBowls for extended periods of time on a high temperature.

Yes, the silicone base is removable. It can be removed or replaced, but we recommend leaving it in place for the best non-slip performance.

We ship throughout the United States, including Alaska, and Hawaii. We currently do not offer international shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $75. All other rates are calculated by the carriers at checkout, based on weight and destination.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days from our California warehouse. Typically, standard ground delivery is 3–7 business days, or 1–3 business days with expedited shipping.

Yes — you'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. If you don't see it in your inbox within 48 hours, please check your spam folder or contact us.

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all CaliBowl orders. If your bowls aren't right for you, return them in their original condition within 30 days for a full refund (excluding original shipping costs). To start a return, email Hello@calibowl.com with your order number.

Reach out to our support team within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange for an in-stock color or size. We cover return shipping for exchanges within the U.S.
