Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Times

We strive to process all orders as quickly as possible.

- Orders are typically processed within 1-7 Days after payment confirmation.

- Orders placed after 5:00pm PST will be processed the next business day.

- Our warehouse operates on Normal Business Days, excluding holidays.


2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We offer a variety of shipping options through USPS, UPS, and FedEx within the United States.
Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and destination.

Please note: We only ship within the United States. International and freight options offered by these carriers are not available.


3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

- We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

- Orders under $50 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

- We do not apply surcharges for heavy or oversized items.


4. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes depend on the shipping option selected at checkout and the carrier's schedule.

- Estimated delivery dates will be provided by the carrier at checkout.

- Please note that orders shipping from our California warehouse may reach the West Coast faster than other regions.


5. Out-of-Stock Items & Shipping Delays

- If an item is out of stock, it will be marked as unavailable for purchase until restocked.

- We do not offer compensation for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

- During peak seasons or holidays, we recommend placing orders early or selecting expedited shipping options.


6. Order Tracking & Notifications

- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

- You can also track your shipment via the Shop App, powered by Shopify.

- While we provide tracking, we are not responsible for sending shipping updates beyond the initial notification.


7. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or is stolen after delivery:

- Please contact us at hello@calibowl.com with your order number and details.

- We may request additional information for resolution.

- You may be required to have an account with us for claim processing.


8. International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
